Brownbagtv will provide a last mile solution for workforce strategy to bind corporate employment resource groups to the missing pieces in bridging traditional education to entry level jobs for the digital learner. Dakar Foundation created BrownbagTV to provide Conference As Curriculum and a Sponsored Studio Lab for learners, mentors, and early hiring managers to meet, create, and provide case studies for all concerned. We believe action will enable us to create a smart talent pipeline, especially for underserved, under-represented, and often overlooked inner city talent to compete for opportunities that maybe unattainable without a minimum of 3 years work experience.
