The Wonder Women In Tech conference was packed with influential speakers, yet the audience was a lot smaller than I remembered when I attended their inaugural event in Play Vista several years ago. This was a panel of speakers that was primed for a virtual audience of women, girls and evangelist for inclusion. Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Intel Corporation Barbara Whye, was the speaker I drove 60 miles to hear and meet, and she didn’t disappoint. Below are some of her presentation points to a room that was half about half filled, but still caught the wave of emotion and call to action.
