CRENSHAW DISTRICT
OCTOBER-15TH
Taste of Soul (TOS) returned, Saturday, October 15th after a three-year hiatus. The visionary behind the event, Danny Bakewell Sr. Me Bakewell talked about the obstacles he faced and why Taste of Soul has become so meaningful to our communities at large, especially during these turbulent times.
The TOS renewal has brought an historic first, with The TOS youth Ambassadors, an eight young men and women crew who brought smiling faces and warm personalities to welcome everybody back to this critically important event, binding Los Angeles county and beyond spirits together, young and old.
