BrownbagTV was invited by a friend of Dakar Foundation, Jermaine Hampton to the launch if Gladeo and we saw a lot of old friends and maybe a couple of new ones, period. A lot of optimism, a lot of work. and a lot of engineering went into this project period. Now, is the time for it to hook up to the mothership of economic opportunities for the under-represented, under-resourced, and under-appreciated talent in Los Angeles County.
Let’s see if they can rally the job hirers to form a coalition of the willing to go from promise to prosperity. I pray by their one-year anniversary, this time next year that they can tout some real numbers and success stories that can be replicated for years to come.
