The Epiphany Community Impact Fund is the latest offering to solve Broadband deserts while simultaneously providing investment opportunities in urban cities. We’re way past the tipping point for social justice, and need to get to focus on incorporating economic indicators for sustainable growth and change. In my opinion, Opportunity Zones bundled with E-Rate are the game changers in fighting racism in the United States. Scott Turner is an African American businessman appointed to shed some light on the way-ahead. We should pivot from the anger and pain from protest to incorporate sustainable economic tools to-do-for-self. This blog glosses the surface of how strategy can make all of the members of 5E our coalition for willing to become force- multipliers in changing their under-resourced communities into real competitors in building, designing, and running next-generation economies.

DAKAR FOUNDATION is on a quest to catch our coalition of the willing in Los Angeles County to the standards of awareness and value high speed throughput for all E-Rate and Opportunity Zones , Targeted Employment Areas. We’ve canvassed our stakeholders in education and workforce K-16 and have been surprised by the lack of exposure to the features and benefits of SHLB Coalition , Heroes Act and CDE for our students, parents and publicly funded institutions.
The @SHLBCoalition is lobbying for funding for broadband, devices, & cybersecurity to address pandemic related issues. They’re looking for people to sign on to their letter to get the bill picked up by congress.
