Brownbag announces that we have codes for virtual seats to a once-in-a-lifetime course with some of the biggest names in Sports & Entertainment. Spaces are available for students who would like to sign up for the course but are unable to afford the registration fee. IMPACT Internship, a Professional Development Training and Internship Placement Program for students interested in pursuing careers in the Sports & Entertainment industries. We are hosting a 2-week virtual course, The Power of Taking a Timeout, for students via Zoom from April 27th to May 8th. This virtual course, centered around the global timeout that the world is going through due to COVID-19, will provide an inside look at the current state of Sports & Entertainment and shed a positive light on how these industries are being affected and adapting to new challenges. Each live session will focus on a different aspect of these industries and will feature interactive discussions with high-level, industry executives.

As we all go through this timeout together, we want to create an engaging, encouraging experience for students and help them maximize this challenging time we’re in. All proceeds will go to the IMPACT Internship Access Fund, our Scholarship Program designed to help young, deserving students at critical stages in their personal and professional development by promoting equitable skills, opportunity, education, and access to achieve careers in the fields of Sports, Entertainment, and beyond.
