Today ends the Impact Internship series, and our students, faculty and administrators will convene a virtual after action review for this experience , date tbd, discuss the groups vision for “What’s Next”. This session will have particular interest to our stakeholders for multiple reason, but most of all it provides a snap shot of image and inclusion that is so important in storytelling for our communities of color and diversity. The Hodge brothers, Aldis & Edwin. The brothers will share their stories and words of inspiration and aspiration. We pray to have their participation in our Summer Bridge Program slated for June 8th.

The two have been in hit films such as Straight Outta Compton, Hidden Figures, and The Invisible Man, and can be seen currently on the TV show, City on a Hill. Edwin has been all over the film and TV space in projects such as The Purge Series, Mayans M.C., and Six, and can be seen in the upcoming film, The Tomorrow War. Their acting careers speak for themself and we are so excited to learn about their acting experience and their thoughts on the current and future state of the film & TV industry and COVID 19 survival tips, tactics and techniques for African Americans.
