The DAKAR EXECUTIVE ROUNDTABLE held it’s first experience at the end of Black History Monty, Monday February 28th @ the City Club Los Angeles. The previous experiences have been online, and entitled “When Worlds Collide”.
Dakar curated a list of executives recruited to mentor Dakar in bringing living wage careers for underrepresented young talent in the creative-tech economy.
The group shared insight, perspective, and knowledge in a unique, interactive, and professional setting – where we capped attendance provide intimacy and a more focus on collaborative next steps
The DAKAR EXECUTIVE ROUNDTABLE is comprised of senior level professionals who all have projects that they can deposit apprenticeship into a bank for which we hope to withdraw and match curated candidates for onboarding.
While they are specific to the creative-tech industry- their methodolgies are diverse. Our group is called the “Coalition Of The Willing”, and we gathered to focus on innovation, leadership, digital transformation, change-management, operations & finance, regional business growth, technology & cybersecurity, talent, corporate social responsibility, & more…
