Jayme
Lynn Scott
Jayme Lynn was born in Michigan City, Indiana on February 23,
1986.
It was apparent to
Jayme Lynns parents at a very early age that their daughter
loved to sing and entertain people. After hearing a LeAnn Rimes
concert Jayme Lynne knew she was destined and wanted to sing.
While other kids were playing outside, Jayme Lynn would spend
hours singing while pretending she was LeAnn Rimes performing
on stage.
Jayme Lynn's parents
did what they could to place wheels in motion and make her dream
come true. They introduced her to long time family friend Gary
Bradshaw, (Western Heart Promotions) to help her achieve her
dream. Jayme Lynns parents were dealing with serious health
issues, yet their faith in their daughter never faltered.
After years, many
attempts and empty promises Jayme Lynn Scott moved to Texas.
In Texas Jayme Lynn Scott began bartending at bartend at Cowboys
Dancehall in Arlington, Texas so that she could sing on stage
while fine tuning her performance skills into an art.
This year at CRS
2010, Jayme Lynns goal became closer to reality, when
Gary Bradshaw contacted Big 7 Records exec Richard Franko, hoping
that Big 7 Records would offer Jayme Lynn the chance to work
in a professional studio to capture her talent.
After hearing and
viewing a brief press kit, Mr. Franko could see in her eyes,
Jayme Lynns desire and true devotion to her talent. Mr.
Franko consulted with business partner Dennis Sanfilippo to
bring producers Charlie Allen and Tom Wurth to help co-produce
this up-and-coming future star.
While at CRS 2010
Richard met with Captain Jack (the respected East Coast music
director) and after Captain Jack reviewed a three song CD, he
came to the conclusion that the song Digging In
would be a chart buster for this young independent artist. (Well
know veteran writers: Brian White, Charlie Allen and Jenny Zuffinetti
supplied Jayme Lynn Scott with the song Digging In.)
Jayme Lynn Scott
was also influenced by greats such as Pasty Cline, Reba McEntire
and Trisha Yearwood.
This is a childhood
fairy tale dream in the process of coming true. Jayme Lynn Scott
refused to give up on her dream. And spent her 24th birthday
in the studio.
