Dakar is a privately owned business located in the Los Angeles area with operations in Central and Northern California. Our organization forges broad efforts in Urban Marketing, Advertising, Event Planning, Content Delivery and Business Development Solutions. We champion to provide foundations for the performing arts, diversity marketing and interactive programs. Our programs span both public and private sectors.


Kevin Clark
Founder / President - Kevin Clark has been a visionary and a content aggregator for more than a decade. His career spans across a broad landscape that has focused on broadcast media, content delivery, event and exhibit production. His insight and vision has always been focused on diversity marketing and feeding what is now being recognized as holy grail market share. Kevin has been and continues to fuel advertising and marketing obvious value programs to African American, Latino and Asian American consumers. Kevin is an icon and a beacon for relevant diversity rich content delivery and in this day and age, every business must have a strategic plan that speaks to the audiences consuming his content.

Kevin's goal for Dakar Interactive is to become a powerful independent, broadband entertainment development company with a mission and a message of spiritual healing energy through organics, healthy living and creative expression through the arts. We aspire to carry a reputation in the international marketplace place for developing and delivering edutainment products at a fair price. We achieve our goals by networking through buy-sell markets such as the Cannes Film Festival. We distinguish ourselves with cutting edge product development, close understanding of market trends and needs, innovative and profitable merchandising and packaging.



Ruben Garcia
Chief Technical Officer - Ruben has a deep history in technology business development having pioneered early media, content and software development efforts at companies such as Acer, Intel Corporation, Adaptec and Intertrust. Along with his efforts as one of the early Silicon Valley Authoring Tools and Technology Evangelists, Ruben has seeded many companies while paving the way for distributed media and rapid consumer adoption. Ruben has worked with music industry, Broadcast and Hollywood proponents to deliver a plethora of content over the past fifteen years.
