Our Speed & Agility Program is designed to enhance the development of fundamental motor skills for young athletes ages 6-18. Science has proven that motor skills are developed between 7-12 and the development of running, jumping, twisting, kicking, throwing and catching are key components of athleticism. Ours is a system of progressive exercises and instruction aimed at developing fundamental motor ability to enhance the capability of athletes to be more skillful at faster speeds and with greater precision. Whether your goal is to lose weight, train for your favorite activity or reduce the risk of injury, the S & A Training Program, is your answer.

  • PROGRAM DETAILS:

    Maximum # of classes: 1x per week for 6 weeks

     

    SCHEDULE:

    6 sessions: $60.00 per child (with 10 person commitment)

     

    Pricing will depend upon how many people want to participate. We will take no less than 6, and no more than 10 in one class. If there is an overflow of interested participants, we may offer a second class.
