Our Speed & Agility Program is designed to enhance the development of fundamental motor skills for young athletes ages 6-18. Science has proven that motor skills are developed between 7-12 and the development of running, jumping, twisting, kicking, throwing and catching are key components of athleticism. Ours is a system of progressive exercises and instruction aimed at developing fundamental motor ability to enhance the capability of athletes to be more skillful at faster speeds and with greater precision.
