Dakar is prepping our mentors, students, and corporate partners for an 8 week Apprenticeship boot camp designed to be an interface to bridge the gap between classroom instruction and human resource strata.  We’ve developed  a  strategy to work with corporations who often struggle to find ready, qualified candidates by linking with established pre-apprenticeships programs as an onramp to better link to apprenticeship opportunities and eventual placement in the creative-tech economy.

We’ll serve as a clear pathway for students looking for earn-and learn opportunities, and draw from established pre-apprenticeship programs best practices to  provide our pool of talent with the tools and data for sustainable success in constructing a pipeline with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion.
